Harian Metro = majalah lucah

salam

In case you haven't noticed, all the headlines in Harian Metro mesti berkaitan dengan samada seks, artis2 terlampau ataupun cerita2 sensasi.

Korang perasan tak yang harga suratkhabar Harian Metro ni dah naik gila babi. Kalau tak silap dulu masa Harian Metro mula2 keluar, harganya was RM1 je. But now harga senaskah Harian Metro is RM1.80 okay...it is very expensive and wayyyy more expensive than Berita Harian, Utusan, NST or TheStar.

I mean kenapa harga Harian Metro ni jadi mahal sgt? Macam mana harga Harian Metro ni naik mcm ni sekali? Jawapan nye senang jer. Sebab orang Malaysia ni (melayu la mostly pasal rasanya org melayu yg baca Metro) dah ketagih seks. Harian Metro ni pulak hari2 mesti tajuk utama dia pasal seks. And of course for harga RM1.80, pastu boleh baca pasal seks, of course la org beli. Macam beli novel lucah la lebih kurang.

Kalau nak diikutkan dari segi kualiti journalism, rasanya memang mcm langit dengan bumi la kalau nak bandingkan Harian Metro dengan NST or TheStar. Kalau beli NST tu, boleh baca mcm2 jenis penulisan berkualiti....just name it, u have academic issues, world issues, local issues, economic issues as well as on entertainment. Baru la bila bayar tu rasa mcm worth it.

Actually in a weird kinda way, Harian Metro is promoting sex to the public. U can easily sell ur paper because sex is like a drug. People get addicted - they always want more. However, how about moral? Is it morally ok to do this? What about the newspaper's social responsibility? Of course the paper wants to sell more and more in order to get untung but then don't u think promoting sex openly to the public is morally and ethically wrong?

Personally I feel that the authorities need to have a look at Harian Metro. They should not be allowed to promote sex openly mcm ni - well of course we can always argue that they are not. That what they are doing is just purely reporting on moral issues in Malaysia but I am certain that in a strange way, Harian Metro is promoting sex. It seems like mcm takde control plak newspapers boleh buat sesuka hati.....

Anyway, that is my thought of the day....dah lama gak tak update since laptop rosak huhu...okie dokie....till next time...

c ya....
